Mark Lambert is an absolute professional! As a first time home buyer I was feeling very overwhelmed and other agents who offered to help seemed to be in it more for themselves than my needs. Mark took on my case and absolutely hit it out of the park. The market was very tough and my price range is the most competitive. Mark listened to my needs and found the perfect home. He was always communicative and always on top of our meetings. He never canceled and never ran late. Im in love with my new home! Great area, great neighbors and spacious size. Buying a home is scary enough and even scarier when its your fist. I would recommend Mark to everybody.

We bought our house in 2001 from Mark Lambert. We then contacted him again back in he middle of feb2018 and after a meeting with our objectives the house was put on the market within 1 week, we had 2 open houses and within the 1st week on the market we had multiple offers and were able to choose one within the first 2 weeks . The close was very rapid within 30 days. Mark also arranged for us to rent back to the new buyers for 90 days which went smoothly allowing us to schedule our move to another state after our kids school year ended. We are getting corporate relocation and Mark put us in touch immediately in March with a local real estate agent in the Phoenix area with long term real estate experience. She is excellent and we were able to buy a new house the same week we close in California. All went very well. Mark also recommended his own contractor to make house repairs and modifications requested by the new buyers. This was a great experience. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy anywhere !

Mark is a a grade A realtor!! I would not hire anyone except Mark to buy or sell property. I have hired Mark on four occassions in the last 10 years. He recently sold our property in Mission Viejo. He is such a personable, knowledgeable real estate professional. I truly appreciate how he communicates frequently, always knowing what the next steps are, and recommending quality courses of action. Mark was there when I needed someone more than just a real estate agent. I needed a friend and Mark was there. He took the time to learn about me and then we went looking for a house. Our first trip gave Mark a real good feeling for what I didn't want in a house. Everyone has always said that he is the guy to use. Then I used him and he is the guy to use! He is a very good negotiator. He has some good connections on where to get your loan from. He does a very good job of walking you through the process and following up. I am extremely satisfied.

I was immediately contacted by Mr Lambert explaining to me that Riverside Co will not allow his type of service to happen.

He politely gave me the name of a local person and they ended up doing the service for free.

I think Mr Lambert was going to do a physical inspection; that was not done.

I called Angie's List about a refund, They called back trying to use the monies paid on another project. I was without a computer and could not research the next technician I need. I did not return Angie's call.

Angie's refunded my $29.00 from Mr Lambert's inability to follow through on his end of the deal. I am very Happy; mostly surprised.

Mark took the time to meet with us and answered all of our questions.    Everything went great.

My wife and I had waited a long time for the housing market to pick back up, and decided it was time to purchase a house in Orange County. We are both in our early 30?s, well educated professionals. Not having a clue who I could trust as a realtor (as I have been burned by ignorant and intolerable realtors before), I was referred to Mark Lambert by some very good friends who had used his services. In general, Mark Lambert went way above and beyond. He greatly exceeded my expectations, which were fairly high to start with. Specifically:
-From a finance point of view, he got us in touch with a finance team that ultimately were able to get us a quarter point lower than our own bank was able to give, which was amazing.
-From a negotiation perspective, he was wonderful. Given his decades of service in this industry, he was able to tap into his network and use his relationships to get us the home of our dreams for $53,500 less than asking price. We were delighted. I have not heard of another realtor being able to achieve this.
-From an ?education? perspective, Mark was amazingly patient with us, taking us to all areas of Orange County to show what each city had to offer in our price range. This experience was invaluable, as it made our choice in the end of the day much easier, as I knew the style, layout and location was exactly what I wanted, and couldn?t find it anywhere else in OC.
The location that he ultimately helped us relocate to had all ?10s? for school, something that was very important to us with our new family (which we had expressed to him, and he took very seriously). When our house first came on the market, it was above our price range. However, Mark Lambert showed us the house, given it was very similar to other floor plans that we love. Because of Mark?s negation skills as well as his prior workings with the other agent, he was able to get the price significantly reduced. The seller was a bit difficult to work with, but Mark?s experience and knowledge of real estate helped us work through a difficult situation.
We also found that Mark knows many other top brokers in the area who are delighted to work with him. He also works with top notch vendors, escrow, title, inspectors, who were all amazing, but not more expensive, which was a big deal as our money was tight. Even after the purchase went through, he recommended an electrician, a plumber, and a handy man that we are still working with to this day! These individuals are incredibly competent and reasonably priced, which is indicative of the type of individuals Mark works with.
We found Mark to be up front, transparent (i.e. within an hour or so we knew everything he knew). His communication skills are excellent. Our experience is that Mark always has his customer?s best interest in mind. He really takes good care of his customers. We will refer Mark to all of our friends and you will be happy with the results he gets.
In addition to the above, my wife wanted to write a review of Mark from her perspective. To that end, here is her review:
I am a woman who just purchased her first home and I love it. Frankly though, Mark Lambert made all the difference. He answered all my questions in a manner that made it easy for me to understand everything. Even though I am very well educated, ?you don?t know what you don?t know?, which is extremely true when it comes to real estate. Marks 33+ years of experience (and 3000+ closed escrows) and real estate knowledge (he teaches real estate!) as well as his ?people skills? made us get the house of our dreams. His respect for all people is outstanding. I never felt neglected or ?talked down to? during the entire process. My husband was not always available to see houses or take Mark?s call, and I had a great relationship with Mark, and was comfortable making decisions for my family with Mark directly. His communication skills are timely and excellent. We were never in the dark. When he knew of something during this entire process (i.e. when we were looking for new properties on the market, or going through negotiations, or closing), we were informed within a couple hours.
As my husband mentioned, his negotiation skills were excellent and beyond belief, as evidenced by the price and interest rate we ultimately received. Mark gets along with other agents, but doesn?t give in. He knows many of the agents in the area, and because of that, he got his offer accepted, even with multiple offers on the table. He is not a lender, but he has mastered in finance and this experience resulted in us obtaining a lower interest rate.
We will refer Mark to our friends and relatives to Mark. We are sure he will be transparent and respectful of them as he was with me and my husband.

It went fine. He came to the house and made an assessment on what he thought the property was valued. He provided a handwritten account of what he was thinking about the place. Of course he sat down and talked to me about what the house and what the neighborhood was about, as well as my sense of cake on it. He took pictures. It took about three or four days before he sent a detailed assessment with the pictures that he took. He provided a list of four or five different properties that he thought were comparable as he did the assessment. He was pretty thorough. He did a good job. His assessment seemed very professional. This is no negative on him at all but he must be connected to some bank. He directed me to a refinance. He connected me to people that he works with basically, which was what I wanted. I ended up not going with it because I didn't like the closing cost so I backed out.

Mark was very helpful. He researched similar properties in the area which had recently sold and provided me with a professional opinion on the value of the property I and considering, without having to go to the expense of a full appraisal.  There is a lot of pressure on a buyer from both the buyers agent and the sellers agent, and his 'BPO' is a great tool to have when negotiating for the purchase of real estate.

Excellent service!! My husband and I worked with Mark Lambert and Patricia Manners. We worked very closely with Patricia. She was amazing!! Very patient, understanding, kind and supportive. Patricia went the extra mile for us, all the time! I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication! She was available to us around the clock, any hour! Mark and Patricia are an excellent team! They are both very thorough in their explanations and always made sure that we understood what was happening and what the next step would be. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to find a home and purchase it without their expertise! They are both very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He is great. He explains everything. We understand him. He just got things done that nobody else had even tried. He does what he says he can.

In late-July we found ourselves needing to move to the Loma Linda area by September 1st. We found Mark on Angie's List and decided to work with him to find our new place. This decision was based on the many excellent reviews he has received on this site. By the time we arrived in the Los Angeles in the first week of August, Mark was ready with a number of properties. We looked at various properties on our first day, but we weren't finding what we wanted.  
As we were driving to one of many showings, Mark noticed a beautiful Spanish revival style house with a "for lease" sign in the front yard. We came back to the property later that day and quickly decided that this was the place. Mark made contact with the other realtor and got the ball rolling. In most cases, this would have been the end of the story.  Unfortunately, the landlord and the leasing agent were difficult to deal with. Trying to get a signed lease was like pulling teeth - delay after delay, and really poor communication. We really wanted the place and we were pressed for time, so the snags were very unnerving.
Mark took care of all of the details - lots of phone calls, e-mails, and some truly crazy running around to get the paperwork in order. He went above and beyond to make sure we were in the place by September 1st. This freed us up to handle the details of our move and of renting out our place in Boston. Through it all Mark was calm, reassuring, and a very gracious guide/host. We enjoyed a number of pleasant meals together, sharing stories and having some laughs.
Mark was indispensable to us during a very hectic three week period in our lives. He absolutely exceeded expectations, putting in a huge amount of time for a small lease commission. After everything Mark did to help us get in and situated, we consider him to be a trusted friend.
