We scheduled an appointment with Lincoln on Halloween due to our tight schedules, and he showed up on time, assessed the situation, asked a few questions and answered the gazillion questions that we had. He set up shop in the front yard (the only space we have) and went to work. Every now and then we went in with more questions and interrupted him, but he didn't seem to mind. Next thing we knew, he was done. Seriously. The frame was built, the tub was in place with the wood on top needed to undermount the tub (I still don't understand how this works, but I don't need to ;) He then went over, step-by-step, what needs to be done to finish the bathroom, which was invaluable, since we're doing most of the work ourselves and were stumped. After that, he cleaned up and it was like he was never there - except our tub is ready to go now! Lincoln is friendly, professional and his expertise is unparalleled. I will definitely hire him again in the future....
