When I called they could give me a quote over the phone based on the size of the job, and it just so happened that they had a crew that could come right over. Despite being in a small area, they were able to get the glass out with no problems, very efficiently. Folks on the phone and in person were both friendly and professional.

They came and removed our old top.......there was a charge for this.
When we moved they came with new table top.  They stayed and cleaned the top to perfection.  They were polite and very professional.  I would highly recommend them to anyone

Pro staff with exact match of the older window.  Price was high and that is keeping me from repairing more windows with them.

It went well, they were responsive on the return call and quote.  The team was prompt and the work done well. It was a bit on the high side of the price scale, overall we are happy with the work.

The entire process of ordering, factory manufacture time, arrival and installation was explained in detail. (Even before I committed to order) We scheduled the installation, as that time arrived, I was given follow-up details and on installation date, the crew arrived as scheduled. The two crew members arrived with my new windows/doors. Witnessing their work as a team, I realized how important that added to the quality of the installation. One window sustained a crack (during shipping) on the exterior pane and the factory was notified promptly regarding replacement of the glass. The installation took two days (of hard work).
Thrilled with my relationship with Keifer-Riley windows (aka)- Eisenbart and Sons and would recommend to anyone considering window/door new or replacement. They have been in business (to my personal knowledge) since the 70's. They are neighbors and also a well established business in Mission Viejo, Ca (So Cal). I realize I needed a lot of hand-holding (senior)
I could not be more happy with the Milgard windows and sliding doors and model/style. The trim recommended saved me a $200+ dollars. I selected the upper range e-quality on the side of my home getting the afternoon sun as recommended. What a difference in how much cooler the rooms are. Also, the new windows do an excellent job blocking sound. A nice surprise.
After looking at various choices, I selected Milgard windows. I received quotes from four different contractors. Keifer-Riley/Eisenbart was the lowest. Also, the most helpful and informative from the beginning. The others, within a few hundred dollars and the highest bidder offered to meet the lowest bidder's price. I choose this company, based on reputation and interaction (customer service) I also was motivated that their business is local. I like the idea that the tax goes to support my city.
The Milgard factory contacted me directly and arranged for and did the re-install on the cracked window. Well done.

They're pretty good. They do a good job and I've used them over the years. I had someone install the mirror because they charge so much for installation. Their professionalism is very good. Their pricing is pretty high. I needed a replacement little piece for my sliding glass door and the lady there got it for me. She actually had it matched so that everything matched all the way around; it matched the doors. I needed it because my husband had broken it off.

They came on time for the estimate on Sept. 6 - and would have replaced the glass earlier, but my schedule didn't work out until Sept. 20. Price was a little higher based on phone conversations I had with other companies, but not enough to make that much difference. I choose them because I had used them years ago. I was very happy with the results.

I made an appointment with Steve who was 2 hours late. Very rude when he arrived. We used him because his cost was far below the others. After 2 months of waiting our shower doors came in However, the price of hte doors did not include the 400 installation. I would NEVER do business with them again!!!!

Professional, quick, clean and remarkable quality over all. might be a bit expensive, but worth every penny. Why didn't i do it 20 years ago?

The work came out fine and we liked the doors. There was one problem but they came right out and fixed it.

Our patio door has dual pane glass and is very heavy. It was getting harder and harder to open and close it. The stress on the handle was finally too much and it bent and one of the screws snapped in two. I called Keifer-Riley Glass. They sent someone out to inspect the door. He had to remove it from the frame and remove the existing rollers to find the problem. The bearings in the rollers were shot. And, of course, the rollers were not a commonly available brand. He took a considerable amount of time to measure every facet of both the rollers and the door handle so that they could find replacements that would fit. After taking all the measurements necessary, he replaced everything and put the door back in place. He made some minor adjustments to the door so that it would work a little better until the repair was done. I was somewhat astonished that I was not asked to pay for this service.

A day later, Scott, who handles the scheduling, called and gave me the estimate for the parts and labor. I felt the price was more than fair and gave him a credit card number as a deposit for the parts they had to special order.
It took a couple of weeks for the parts to come in. Scott called when they did to set up an appointment. I could have had them out the next day, but I was too busy, so they sent a guy the following day. He replaced the rollers and installed the new handle. In addition, he cleaned the tracks with silicone spray and made some adjustments to the door that should have been done when it was installed.

The door works better now than when it was new. We are very pleased with the result and feel that the price was a bargain, especially for everything that was done.

We would definitely recommend Keifer-Riley and use them again.
