For a major home remodel, everything went very well though tiring for me.  I still work fulltime and found myself having to shop, buy items to stay ahead of Kevin with my decisions and ordering.  Initially tried to live in the condo during the remodel but when the asbestos test returned positive, learned I would have to move out during that phase.  (During this time I continued to work fulltime and turned into the original "bag lady" moving in/out of my daughter & family's home!)The one thing I did right was I contacted a local storage company here in Huntington Beach and had the majority of my belongings stored in a large "pod" for the duration.  I reserved minimal items such as a chair, TV, bed, TV trays in order to live here as much as possible.  When the asbestos abatement reared it's head, I called the storage company back and had the last of my personal belonging packed in the original "pod" for the final stretch of painting.Kevin was very accommodating and facilitated my return home as soon as possible while he completed the "finishing touches".  He never compromised quality on any front.  If I were to do another remodel I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone considering a home remodel!!!
