Awful, horrible work. Complained that his drive from Mission Viejo to Irvine took him to long due to traffic. Well wake up earlier, start work at 8am like a grow adult. A full day of work to me is not from 10am to 1pm then wanting me to praise him on how hard he had been working. Please this contractor is a joke. We were living in the house during the remodel and on numerous occasions he would leave dangerous power tool thought out the main living area plugged in and in reach of my 3 year old son. Example he got upset and left abruptly leaving power nailer on floor and saw in center of kitchen plugged in after I told him that the cabinets were installed uneven. Oh how could I forget that his first painter that he sub-contracted almost set the house on fire by leaving paper in the recessed lighting and turning the lights on. When there are smolder marks on the ceiling & burnt paper falling out of the lights onto the ground there?s a much problem. Think twice before you even waste your time to have him come out.
Description of Work: WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Horrible quality of work. He was unable to stay on schedule. I was continuously micro-managing him. As for professionalism he lacks this too. I am still dealing with all the mistakes that were made by him. He lacks the general knowledge &building codes that are needed to be a general contractor. His website list many services that he can provide don’t be fooled. One of the major problems I am still dealing with is a fireplace wall that he rebuilt. He is obviously clueless on building codes for fireplaces. He reframed my living room fireplace with wood then told me that I just needed to cover the wood with tile. I now have to tear down this down and have the fireplace rebuilt. As for general knowledge in plumbing & installation he installed my bath faucets using plumbers putty causing giant permanent stains on my marble countertops. Then his tile installers used sanded grout on my polished shower tiles causing scratches all over. He had the tile polished so now my white grout is orange-ish due to chemicals used to polish. As for the kitchens mistakes after mistakes at my expense starting with him miss measuring the kitchen for cabinets. It’s not a good surprise to walk into your kitchen and see the refrigerator covering part of a window. Or realizing that appliances need additional power ran from breaker box. Gosh I guess it’s asking too much from a contractor to make sure these details are looked into when they are reviewing appliances instruction manuals months’ information earlier. I could go on & on with all the mistakes that he made that cost me extra money.
