Everything went as planned and I was more than satisfied!

Gloria used to be my housecleaner for 7 years. Now that I have moved away and need to look for a new cleaner I realize that she is posted here on Angie's list, but no reviews. So here is the first. She is very professional, honest, pleasant to deal with, very hard working, and English speaking. She always comes with 2 girls to clean the house within 2-3 hours. She paid attention to how and what I wanted cleaned (and I have high standards) and got the job done - year after year. I liked in particular, that they worked fast (so the house is not a cleaning project all day long); worked focused (no doodling around or checking of cell phones), were very reliable and honest, and did not charge extra for the various extras that occurred to me each time. For example, windows, baseboards, refrigerator, etc were done on a rotating basis without extra charge. Whatever I asked her (within reason), she got done. I highly recommend her.

I was not too thrilled with the cleaners as they were always late anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. They did not clean very well at all. They would walk out in the middle of a job without notice and I just didn't like the service.

Gloria came with two other ladies. She provides her own cleaning tools and products. The crew did a very nice job. I will use them again.

I am extremely pleased with this company. Gloria was responsive to my initial call and fit me into her schedule. She came with her crew on time and did a very efficient and thorough job. She listened to my requests, and did exactly as I had hoped. I look forward to working with her in the future and having a clean house!

SHE WAS EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. IT WAS BETTER BECAUSE IT WAS INDEPENDENT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. SHE WAS REALLY RESPONSIVE AND RECEPTIVE WITH WHAT WE WANTED. WE, THE CONSUMER SUPPLIED OUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES.
