Benjamin and the entire GlobalTech team did a complete replacement and relocation of my outdated HVAC system. The professionalism, quality, and thoroughness of the job from the initial inspection to the final product was outstanding. Benjamin walked me through each step including creating multiple quotes so I could choose the unit that best fit my needs. He responded quickly to any concerns I had, and let me know when his team would be working at my residence (and showed up on time too!). Benjamin and his entire crew were the best! From the start I was provided with personal, thorough and professional inspection of my HVAC unit. When I decided that I wanted to do an entire replacement of my system, Benjamin provided multiple options to fit my needs. He always responded to my questions and their crew showed up on time each day they were scheduled to work. My project was tough as I live in an older townhome, but Benjamin and his team worked hard to make sure everything was done right. He truly cares about his clients, and the quality of work that he does. If you need any type of work done on your AC or HVAC unit - this is your guy!
