Benjamin and his entire crew were the best! From the start I was provided with personal, thorough and professional inspection of my HVAC unit. When I decided that I wanted to do an entire replacement of my system, Benjamin provided multiple options to fit my needs. He always responded to my questions and their crew showed up on time each day they were scheduled to work. My project was tough as I live in an older townhome, but Benjamin and his team worked hard to make sure everything was done right. He truly cares about his clients, and the quality of work that he does. If you need any type of work done on your AC or HVAC unit - this is your guy!

I would highly recommend Global Tech Inc for all your HVAC needs. Our technician Steven Martinaz came out and fixed our unit in under 20 minutes. He was helpful and communicative throughout the visit. We will be using them in the future for our maintenance and any other HVAC needs.

Even though our AC unit was so old that it wasn’t really fixable, Steven explained every option we had to make it last longer, to repair it anyway, or to get it replaced. He even showed me how it worked. I feel much better about making an informed decision now.
