We found Art to be extremely knowledgeable and professional.  He explained in detail the procedures and the approximate cost associated with diagnosing the problem.  After receiving a quote for the work to be done, Art provided a  reasonable timeframe for completing the work.  We found his attention to detail and his timeliness to be exemplary.  After having had a very unpleasant experience through our home warranty company with the HVAC repairman they had sent out, Fortt Mechanical was a welcome surprise.  I would not hesitate to use his company for any future HVAC repairs.  This is a quality company with a high degree of integrity.

Art was on time and was very nice, and was well spoken as well as being neat and clean.  I had received an estimate from another Angies List company to repair my air conditioner.  The other company estimated the cost at $1500.00Art checked out the parts the other company said were bad and found they were working fine, he just needed to tighten a loose connection, add freon and generally check out the system.  He cleaned everything up got the system working great.His cost was $325.00 as opposed to the other company's estimate of $1500.00He was great to deal with and I have already recommended him to my friend who owns a group of 63  fast food locations.  I would recommend him to anyone with the assurance that he can be fully trusted.
