Flowers delivered were half the size of the dimensions promised and were not in fresh water even! They were in green foam and were nothing like I ordered. The colors were different and there were not even roses in it as promised. When I called to complain, they said they could give me 20% back. I refused and they offered to replace them the next day with something closer to what I ordered. The next day they called me and said that they did not have lavender roses and would not get them in for a week. I can't believe it!! I will never use them again.

We waited all day to hear that our daughter received the flowers, but they never arrived. The site advertises 24 hour service and same day delivery and they provide neither. The company is obviously a scam. When I called this evening to find out why no flowers were sent, I could only speak with an answering service, and the company (if you can call it that) is closed until after Labor Day, so there is no resolution nor any way to fix the mess.
