Flooring Expressions is a Southern California based company that specializes in quality products, design and installations of all floor coverings. With a team of creative flooring designers and talented installers, we’re able to satisfy and exceed customers expectations while staying within individual budgets. We can bring the showroom to you with one of our fully stocked sample vans or you can visit the showroom in person. Time is valuable, that’s why we provide both services to fit every client’s individual needs. We understand that home remodeling can get hectic and the costs can easily soar out of control with an inexperienced contractor. This is why we can offer greater peace of mind than the competition. With our experienced and knowledgeable associates, we have the capability and dedication to control costs and get the job completed in a timely manner. Honesty is the key to this contractor. From the very beginning he asked us to be honest and upfront with him about our budget, our ideas, and the style we were looking to achieve. He stressed this because he believes most contractors are trying to deceive the customers (to gain a monetary edge) as much as the customer is trying to deceive a contractor. He went on to explain that by openly communicating our wants and needs with him, that he would be able to reach our end goal on time and within budget. It was a little hard swallow at first, but when we were able to compare his bid with other contractors, it was clear that he was trying to be upfront with us.
After we decided to use Flooring Expressions, Brent helped us in our product selection. He provided us with many samples to choose from but my wife and I could not agree on the selection he had. He sent us to a few retailers to find what we were looking for. After a day of shopping, we found something too agree upon. The showroom gave us a price of $3.79 per square foot for Heritage Maple and Brent beat the price by $.50. The rest of the home went the same way, we found what we like, Brent found it for a better price, except for the granite in the bathroom. We found granite called Seafoam green for the bathroom and Brent told us to buy it because it was better than what he could get.
When all the materials had been ordered, Flooring Expressions began to work. They have their own professional installers who were always dependable and on time. Each installer showed up when they were supposed too and finished when they were supposed too. Brent had already warned us that delays happen, but to our surprise, everything went as planned and they finished in 10 working days. Brent checked in on the installers every other day and remained in contact with us by phone and email daily to let us know where they were at with the job. He and his installers were very detailed, clean, and courteous to our home.
I'd recommend Flooring Expressions highly. Our home turned out greater than expected, fantastic actually! We enjoyed Brent's refreshing honesty, and he has personally restored our faith in the remodeling trade. We will definitely be using Brent and Flooring Expressions in the future.
