I can't say enough about the professional service and skilled workmanship I received from First Choice Flooring.  Fred and Mariam were wonderful to work with.  Mariam was very patient in helping me select just the right carpet for my husband's study.  She ordered numerous samples for me so that I could find the perfect one.  Fred was outstanding throughout the entire process.  He provided me a very competitive price and scheduled the installation to fit our tight remodeling timeline.  The crew that actually installed the carpet was excellent.  They discussed every step with me, including where seams should be placed and how to handle a few challenges related to the configuration of my home.  I am very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend First Choice Flooring.

They were absolutely, postively amazing! They were really professional and easy to work. We had defective carpet from Shaw brand. Shaw agreed to pay for the carpet but we were having a lot of trouble finding someone to accept the carpet and do the installation. We finally were able to find First Choice who was willing to take on the project. It was just a wonderful experience!

First of all, my experience thru First Choice was via their secondary location at 32341 Golden Lantern, Suite G., Laguna Niguel, CA. Even though they are a flooring store primarily, owner Fred Kashani and his wife assured me they also did kitchen tiles, counters and backsplashes, too. Maybe because my job was so small, I frankly felt a little "dissed" throughout the entire experience. Mrs. Kashani never remembered my name or face when I dropped in to check samples. Owner Fred Kashani kept saying "it's a small job", like it really wasn't important to him.  Sent over a sub-contractor, Manuel to give me an estimate. Seemed okay, so I said go ahead. Then Manuel said he wouldn't be doing the job himself, but  would send two friends (or did he say "brother," I can't remember.)  On the appointed day, Manuel came over with just one guy, Mathias, then went off to another job..  Mathias didn't speak any English, so I couldn't really get my view across as he worked and couldn't ask questions. Mathias clearly was a pro and he basically did good work, but a lot of small details I had wanted to discuss on day of the job, never got addressed because of communication problems. Still, it all got done and though not EXACTLY how I wanted it done, (I'd been thinking of a decorative border) it looks pretty good.  Mathias cleaned up beautifully after his work.  However, no one from First Choice ever called to check back afterward on my satisfaction and I have never heard a word from anyone.
If ever I have a really Big Job, as opposed to this insignificant little  $1100 one, think I'll probably search out another contractor.

I am so pleased that First Choice Flooring was my first choice! Fred and Maryam Kashani are charming and helpful professionals who know their business and aided me in choosing the flooring best suited to my needs. The installers were great. They easily solved the problem of the half-inch difference between the levels of my living room and dining room sub-floors and remembered where all of my furniture belonged when they finished. The end result was flawless and beautiful. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend First Choice.

Estimating and planning was performed well.  Installation was done in a professional manor.

We received outstanding service at the showroom, and the sales rep went above and beyond in assisting us with selecting the correct laminate and tile. Installers were on time, and the craftsmanship was excellent. They even stayed late to finish the job after a one hour power outage in our area.
