HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. THEY CATCH THEIR MISTAKES AS THEY MAKE THEM, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO REFIX EVERYTHING.
