Don Chang owns the company, but hires others to do most of the work. He has little to no quality control over those that do the work, but he charges around $20.00 more a month than others that do their own work. His billing system is so bad that he never knew when I paid him and he would constantly call (even at 6:00 am) to harass me for a payment I already made. He has difficulty understanding english, so he had his family calling to harass me also. This was a very bad experience over all.
