Our contractor performing rmodeling work in our home failed to meet their commitment to install the carpeting prior to the in-home wedding scheduled for Nov 19. The only option the contractor offered was to install an inferior carpet (something off of somebody's shelf somewhere) in an unwanted color. We checked a couple local carpet stores, and Direct Carpets came through on their commitment. They ordered and delivered the carpet on time, installed on the day they promised. The price was reasonable compared to others who couldn't meet the schedule, and the work was excellent, quick, clean and the results are beautiful. If we need carpet work performed again, they will get the first shot.

Quality of the product and installation was, and is, excellent. Work was completed as promised and on time. The installers are true craftsmen. There was a grout residue on the floor following tile installation that two return visits failed to remove. We hired another guy to remove it and seal the grout. Direct Carpet paid for the residue removal. We paid to seal the grout. It had to be scrubbed with an industrial floor scrubber to get it up

Tile was delivered as promised and the installation crew showed up as planned. As far as we are concerned the entire process was handled as promised. The tile work and the grouting looks real good. No complaints. The pricing was competitive.

I wasn't very pleased with this company's price it was way over other estimates I got from other companies. Their estimate was 35000 dollars so I decided not to go with them. The biggest problem was that their customer service wasn't nearly as responsive as I would have wanted. I asked them for natural hardwood to be installed but they insisted on giving me an estimate on stained hardwood so they aren't good at listening.

Joe Vuozzo was very helpful in helping me choose carpet and setting up installation. He arrived on time for measuring. Worker Oscar arrived on time to install and did a great job.

Gary and Steve Vuozzo, their inside sales staff and their installation teams provided outstanding, professional and courteous service. This is a family owned and operated business that treats their clients like family.

The workers were slightly late to arrive. When done with the work, we stated we were not happy with the seams. They said they would come back and fix seams. We have had to call several times and each time someone different is sent out and the problem is not solved. They just come out and look at the seams. The last person to come out said the carpet needs to pulled out and re-done. He said he would schedule a time to come back. Have never heard from him. We have called the store several more times and no one is responding. Meanwhile, the carpet looks terrible with seams sticking up all over the house. It's been 9 months and we are still trying to get someone to come here and fix the incorrect installation. Will never use again or recommend this company.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. WE LOVE THE WORK THEY DID. IT WAS A SIMPLE PROCESS. I WALKED INTO THEIR SALES OFFICE PICKED THE COLOR I WANTED, WHICH WAS ALBANY WHITE, AND THE OWNER SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION FOR THE NEXT WEEK. HIS GUYS WERE THERE FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 DAYS AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE ARE VERY HAPPY!

I'M VERY HAPPY WITH PRICE AND SELECTION OF THE CARPETS. JUST A VARIETY OF SELECTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. IT WAS A GOOD PRICE, WE HAD SHOPPED AROUND.

THE OWNER, GARY, WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US ON THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE CARPET. THE INSTALLATION SERVICEMEN WERE TIDY AND DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING.
