We have used him for the past 3 years at our rental properties, our own home, my parents home, & have recommended him to friends & clients. There is no one else I would ever use for my plumbing needs. He is one of the most reliable people we have come across in a service/ construction type business. Trust me I am a rather picky person and hard to please & we are pleased with having Brian & DPS as part of our go to repair people team.

The whole process went great!  Monday morning I went to use the hot water tap, and nothing.  Seeing as money is a bit tight these days, I decided to browse Craigslist to see if I couldn't find a good deal on someone to come out and find the problem.  I found B. Ramirez plumbing, and saw that they offer free estimates.  I called them up right away, and they were able to schedule an estimate for later that morning.  Brian (the plumber) gave me a call about 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he would be there, quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation, and gave me a breakdown of my options, their cost, and the long and short term benefits of each.  Having a newborn in the house made me a little leery of letting a stranger in, but he was very professional and courteous, which set me at ease right away.  He even went so far as to wear these booties over his boots to keep my carpet from getting dirty.  As it turned out, my water heater had broken down and would need to be repaired or replaced.  He gave me enough information to know that replacement would be the best decision without making me feel pressured.  In truth, the thing was quite old and had been giving my family issues off and on for awhile.  We decided to go with the tankless water heater option.  He got me scheduled for the replacement for the next day, showed up promptly when he said he would, and got the thing replaced quickly.  He thoroughly tested everything before leaving, and left the area he had been working in as clean as it was when he arrived.

Now a week later, my new water heater is working GREAT!  No issues with the heater or anything else since the work was completed.

Pros:
-They guarantee their work for 2 years
-Friendly company.  Apparently they are family owned and operated, and they really treat you like a person and not a payout.
-Honest and thorough, Brian made sure it was fixed properly and the way I wanted it the first time.
-Affordable!  Before I went with Brian's estimate, I called a couple other companies.  His estimate was considerably lower than the other guys I spoke with.
-Professional.  He clearly laid out the issue and my options, making sure I understood everything he was telling me.  He was on time, worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess for me to worry about.

Cons:
-None, thank god!  With a newborn, the last thing I needed was for all this to happen, but the whole thing went smooth and painlessly.
