Besides being a thoroughly high-quality individual, Gary was perfect to work with. He was so patient and helpful and offered solutions to some old pre-existing problems that he incorporated as part of the whole job. His employee was an experienced expert worker. The entire area has been upgraded. It's now attractive and will avoid future problems. He always called right back, which is very important when in the middle of a renovation project. I intend to use his services again and highly recommend him.

We got three bids for this job. We chose Concrete Plus based on the best value. The price was competitive. What won us over was the responsiveness of Gary the owner. Also, his proposal was the most complete, addressing every part of the job so there was no confusion about what we were getting. After we had agreed to go with Concrete Plus and all the details were arranged, I decided I would like to add a concrete pad for my BBQ. I emailed Gary with measurements and we agreed on a price very easily.



Gary said he would start on Wednesday and he did. He said the job would take three to four days and it took three. It is great to have a contractor who does just what he says he will.



The quality of the work was excellent. He did a great job of grading the surface for run off into the drains. There was little or no mess at the end of each day and at the end of the job, everything looked great. He even tested the drains to make sure they drained to the street. The finished product looks great.



Gary is a nice guy and very easy to work with. His crew was excellent as well. Everyone was very professional. Gary is a contractor you can trust. I would definitely contact him again.

They were very helpful. We like them. They took care of it in a timely manner and they did it just fine so that we could get our new floor put down. I would use them again if needed to.

Gary provided a very reasonable cost and schedule which is just what we expected since we contracted with him twice previously and had been very happy with the quality of his work. He made several suggestions on improving the aesthetics of the project which worked very well. He finished on time and did an outstanding job. We were very pleased.

Timing was very good! I was told the work would be done in two days and it was. No complaints, would hire again.
