Coast Carpet Cleaning was an A+ on all fronts. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with them. From the first request for a quote thru the end of the job they responded immediately and went above and beyond to accommodate my additional requests once they arrived. Made older dirtier carpet look like new again.

DJ gave me an estimate and was able to schedule my appt right away (when it worked for me). Zach and Micah showed up on time and did a fabulous job. They were careful with furnishings and asked questions on how I would like the job done. They did a fabulous job....better than any other carpet cleaner that I have used before. I will definitely use Coast Carpet Cleaning again, and I have already recommended to friends/family.

Bought an on-line deal for the cleaning of 8 rooms. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Company did a nice job with communication, showed up on time on the day of the appointment. Very pleased with the job that was done.

This is the second time I've used Coast Carpet Cleaning, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future for my carpet cleaning. The team at Coast Carpet are responsive, very professional, attentive to details, and focused on getting the job done right. A few weeks ago my dog became ill in the middle of the night and vomited on the carpet in my bedroom - I didn't realize it until the next morning. I tried to get the stain out with Folex, but that didn't work. Coast worked diligently to remove the stain, but it came back (thank goodness it was just the residue from the Folex, which I over-sprayed). They returned and got the stain out.
My 8 year old carpets look great. This company does an outstanding job - and they are a pleasure to work with.

Zach and Micah did an excellent job, especially cleaning the tiled floor. I didn't know the grout was actually a lighter shade. I plan to have the rest of the tiled floors cleaned in the future. Both were punctual and polite.

A+!! We bought our house in the middle of 2013. When mean moved in we had the carpets cleaned and there were several spots of the carpet cleaner could not get out. We just assumed that they were going to be there permanently. To our surprise when we have the carpets cleaned they got out the old spots that we thought were permanent and the carpets look better than when we first moved into the house after having the carpets cleaned. We highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again every six months as long as we own the house. Great job and thank you! The cost of the job was $230. That price included four bedrooms, the hallway, and two large area rugs. Their prices were significantly cheaper than many other people we talk to.
