In your proposal we said the job would take 2-3 days and we had 3 guys there for 2 days, and then 2 guys came back the last day for a 1/2 day (we estimated the job to take 48 total man hours and it took 56 total man hours). We've attempted to contact you 2 times via phone and 3 times via email to come back and correct any concerns/issues you have but haven't had a response.
