Workers were often very late or did not show up at all. Company did not bother to notify me, when they did not show up, project management is awful. Through various mistakes and pulling people off jobs, it took them 10 trips to install 200 sqft of tile. Project people often do not return phone calls and customer service has no idea what is happening in the field. Hardwood installers are very good and show up on time. The rest (tile and carpet) were very unreliable. Their contractors license is expired. See the Better Business Bureau site where they have an F rating. I should have checked this first. The sales team will ask you to help pay to fix mistakes that the installation team made. I used the 1 year same as cash option and then asked me to kick in another $100 to help cover their finance costs after we had signed a contract.

THEY WERE VERY FAIR IN THEIR PRICING. THEY HAD ONE GOOD EMPLOYEE AND ONE REALLY BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE. ONE WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO. THE OTHER ONE WOULD TALK ON THE PHONE GETTING IN FIGHTS WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND, SCREAMING IN THE FRONT YARD. THEY FIRED THE BAD ONE ON THE JOB.
