As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He makes you feel like you are his only client and truly understands your needs (wants!) and budget. Bill will respond to you at almost any hour of the day (he needs to sleep sometimes) and never makes you feel foolish when asking questions. He is willing to spend hours (and multiple days) with you searching for the perfect home, and his expertise is helpful when it comes to final negotiations with the seller. Bill always has your best interest in mind, and truly is a friend, not just a business partner. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very fun and memorable experience. Bill knows great people to work with during the process that are truly helpful and make the process that much easier and quicker. In my case, because of Bill's relationship with these individuals, I was able to close on my home in only 2 weeks! That shows a lot about the professional and caring person Bill is, as people are willing to work extra hard to help his clients. The day I got my keys, Bill was there waiting for me with a smile on his face and housewarming gift in hand, as well as a special surprise (he was able to negotiate keeping a small canvas used for the staging process that I was very fond of!). I plan to use Bill as my realtor when I am ready to sell and upgrade my home, and have already referred him to several friends. I would recommend Bill to my friends and family in a heartbeat. Bill is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and accessible. Buying a home can be a tough process because so much needs to be accomplished in a short escrow window. Bill kept everything moving flawlessly and always kept me and my family in the loop. He had great resources for home inspectors, title companies, etc. to make sure that we ended up working with people that had his work ethic.

Although we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we'd gladly use Bill again in the future and I've suggested several friends of mine contact him for their home purchases.

Bill was referred to me by a long time friend of mine who had worked with him previously. Being a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions, wanted to see many places to truly figure out what was the best fit for me, and took quite some time to get there.  Bill was knowledgable and professional, as well as patient and supportive through this entire process.  He was also a pleasure to be around.  I never felt he was pressuring me, and I always got the sense that he had my best interest in mind.  Members of my family would sometimes go with us to look at places, and unprompted, they would share similar opinions.  Bill was always available for my calls, emails, and texts and was quick to respond.  When I finally found the place that was right for me, I was nervous about going through the escrow process.  Any time I had questions or concerns, I called Bill (numerous times in the beginning) and he walked me through it.  He helped make that part of the process as painless as possible and we closed without any issues.  I was so excited the day I got the keys to my first place, and Bill was there with his great sense of humor, warm enthusiasm, and a housewarming gift.  He helped make that a great memory for me.  I think really highly of Bill not only for his experience, knowledge, and professionalism, but also as a sincere, down to earth, and caring person.  I recommended him to a friend last fall, who he was also able to help in a really short time frame.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill to friends and family, and would definitely work with Bill again in the future.

Bill helped us with the sale of a single family home.   He provided excellent guidance through a short sale process from the pre-listing discussion and discovery, through the final closing and wrap up.   We had a unique set of circumstances on this sale.  He provided a very professional and complete process for us to follow.   Bill added additional value by bringing in the services of other professionals in his team as needed including a tax accountant, short sale closing expert and administrative services from his office.   It was exactly what we needed and saved us some time and money.  Bill was a great organizer and coordinator of this total effort with excellent attention to detail.   He personally handled any expediting but did not rush us on decisionmaking.   He patiently explained anything where we needed more information.  He laid out a timeline for the whole process that was very helpful.   A sale of a home is one of those 'life events' that Bill helped to make more comfortable and confident.   Bill certainly knows his business.  I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.   I would definitely use Bill again.

Bill is an awesome real estate agent! He's honest, hardworking and faithful. He was always in contact with us regarding the progress of our house. He helped us find a stager for the best price. He looked after our house once we moved, until our house sold. We interviewed 3 different real estate agents when we were getting ready to put our house on the market. Bill was by far the most responsive, the most honest and the one we knew would work hardest for us to sell our home. He did not disappoint!

Bill did a great job of helping us buy our first house in CA and then he helped us to sell it when it was time to move. He priced the house competitively, worked with all potential buyers and kept our interests and requirements first. When a deal was struck, Bill kept on top of everything, insuring we closed on-time. Bill was always available to answer questions or provide advice. Bill is top-notch with extremely high morals, he does it by the book. He's also a great person and I'm glad to call him friend.

It went EXTREMELY well! Bill was so professional, so accommodating, timely, kind, patient, and wonderful he really made the whole experience super wonderful, quick and completely painless. He literally handled everything! Bill treated us like his top priority. He met us or answered our calls whenever WE could because our work schedules did not allow for the usual times and never made us feel like a burden what so ever. We even had him show us the same house a few times for paint colors and flooring options! And met us late at night when we closed escrow to give us our keys because we were so excited! The house took a little over 6 months to sell-longer than we'd hoped. We listed it mid-October of 2015 knowing full well that it was a less-than-ideal time to list, but Bill's marketing efforts were extraordinary and we felt that the list price was fair, attractive to us and to a prospective buyer. The housing market from October 2015 through April 2016 had been unusual and challenging as well-documented in industry publications. While we did not get the price as originally listed because of the challenging market issues, we are convinced that had it not been for Bill's extraordinary efforts, experience and creativity, it would have taken much longer to sell the home and we would not have gotten the price we did.

We have worked with six or seven other realtors over the years and he has, by far, been the best.  Very responsive and reliable always taking a no-excuses, positive make-it-happen approach, Bill found new ways to keep our listing fresh and get our home in front of serious prospective buyers.  We could see that so many other homes listed by other Realtors just seemed to languish on the MLS with poor activity for grossly extend periods of time compared to ours.

We found Bill to be honest and ethical.  He never sugar-coated things with us or made promises that he didn't or couldn't keep.  We recommend him highly and we intend to use him again without reservation.
