About us
I started my Real Estate career in 1976 and earned my Broker's license in 1979. I began managing a large Real Estate office in 1979 while I continued to do Real Estate transactions representing both buyers and sellers. I continued to manage until the end of 2011 when I decided to devote my full time to helping buyers and sellers. I have have served on the Orange County Association of Realtors as a Director for about 10 years. I have been an active member of our Professional Standards committee for about 20 years and serve on arbitration panels in helping settle disputes, normally involving money issues. I have also been an active member in good standing since 1976 with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors.

Although we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we'd gladly use Bill again in the future and I've suggested several friends of mine contact him for their home purchases.
We have worked with six or seven other realtors over the years and he has, by far, been the best. Very responsive and reliable always taking a no-excuses, positive make-it-happen approach, Bill found new ways to keep our listing fresh and get our home in front of serious prospective buyers. We could see that so many other homes listed by other Realtors just seemed to languish on the MLS with poor activity for grossly extend periods of time compared to ours.
We found Bill to be honest and ethical. He never sugar-coated things with us or made promises that he didn't or couldn't keep. We recommend him highly and we intend to use him again without reservation.
I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a genuine, honest and hard working realtor to partner with.
