A little late getting started but they worked hard and got it done before forecasted rains. Best Value honored their proposal though it was months old and I knew roofing material costs had increased. Pricing was very competitive and both brothers were very professional. They didn't paint new wood, but I didn't ask to or contract with them to do that.

Eric Enriquez the rep for this company seems like a nice enough guy. Unfortunately his crew does not perform as promised. His crew made and left a mess from removing the old garage roof. Contents of garage were to be covered with plastic sheeting as per written contract but were not. Very poor communication going on with this company.

Eric Enriquez was the initial rep for this company. Nice guy, no problems. After our initial contact though I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with his brother at the jog site. Upon completion of the work, this guy refuses to reattatch my TV antenna which he and his crew removed. He also refused to paint the woodwork(trim-faceboard,etc.)that was replaced by his crew. This caused us to fail the final roof inspection from the city. Painting the woodwork myself. Still waiting on the antenna.

WE HAD A 30 YEAR ROOF REPLACED AND ALL TERMITE AND WEATHER DAMAGE REPAIRS MADE TO THE ROOF, AND EAVES, BY THEIR COMPANY. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE WORK.
