He couldn't do what needed to be done. Maybe, he didn't charge me anything. He was a very pleasant person. I just remember not being unhappy at all with the person. I think his specialty was installing water systems in the home - water softening, a total house water conditioning system, that type of thing. So above ground work.

Benjamin Franklin was always very professional and did excellent work.  The water treatment system contains filtration and activated carbon that removes particulates and chlorine compounds.  Although the water now tastes great, the main purpose of the system is to remove compounds that corrode copper pipes.  Although there is no guarantee that this system will prevent pinhole leaks we think it is worth trying.

Arrived on time. Very professional in explaining all of the options for our clogged toilet. The drain cleaning and camera inspection were extra but warranted expenses. Thoroughly updated me on his progress during the job and finished quickly.

They did a good job.  The deal was a little misleading.  They mark it way up higher than other estimates that you get and then they give you their discount to make it pretty much the same as what you would get off the street.  They will give you an estimate two or three times over what the last plumber gave me and then with their discount they give you the same as what another other plumber would give you right off the street.  I liked that they were prompt and they did do a good job.  But you can get the same value from another plumber.  It's just that some plumbers don't show up or they take a long time because they don't know what they are doing.  These guys pretty much knew what they were doing and luckily I requested a permit because they didn't have  the water heater installed correctly and they had to come out and fix it after the inspector was here.

He was knowledgeable, reliable and his work was very good. Good quality work.

simple job...horrible cost

Mike was very professional, friendly and helpful in explaining the realities of plumbing in the home.  He also tried to save me some money on the replacement of the water pressure regulator but this was not possible due to the difference in the replacement part. Though the work cost me a handsome amount I had no doubt in the quality of the work and the professionalism in MIke.

Excellent. Benjamin Franklin plumbing sent someone out immediately. We called BFP directly after the first company sent by our home warranty company tried to rake us over the coals on price - fake violations - and a rental scam. . The Home Warranty Plumber said they would need to charge us for a rental water heater ( warranty would not cover it - or all the fake code violations they found) as it would take over a week before before they could install. Not BEnjamin Franklin Plumbing! They arrived immediately - and after discussing all our options - pricing - etc - they installed the same day. They were the Utmost in professionalism the entire time. Immediate responsiveness - discussed pros / cons and reality if we wanted to go tankless - and got us back up and running immediately. Very knowledgable. Highly recommend! Even though they were not covered by our home owners policy - we were extremely pleased by the service they provide - and we did get a partial reimbursement check back from our Warranty company.

didn't perform all services that had been promised in a previous estimate

Called 24 hour service line to be sure I didn not need immediate service. He walked me through turning off the gas and water and promised someone would be out between 7 and 8 the next morning. Jason arrived around 730am and gave an estimate to replace which included 6 year warranty. Also they will come out annually to flush and inspect. Water heater was replaced and all affected pipes were reconnected. Great aervice. I highly recommend.

The leak was discovered late in the afternoon, after returning from work. We called our insurance; then called Ben Franklin plumbing, after looking at Angie's List.
They came quickly, and spent a lot of time really researching the leak and just where to repair it.  The plumber stayed until 9 pm that night, wanting to make sure it was repaired.  He was very thorough.

Did a good job finding the problem. Capped the pipes. Went to test it and broke a piece off of my sink lever causing us to have to fix it. Felt like it was over priced for services but the plumber was professional and did a good job.

Great experience to say the least...called and within minutes my tenants were contacted and time arranged.  Jason was on site within an hour or so...performed the necessary work. Tenants were impressed. would use again without hestiation.

Mike contacted me via email and we scheduled a time for him to take a
look at a few plumbing issues in my house, the main problem being my
main water line that made a humming noise and vibrated when water in
house turned on. He took one hour to fix the problem. He looked at at
few other issues and gave advice. Mike was professional, wore shoe
covers and gave me an honest evaluation. Very satisfied!

They did a very shady and terrible job which made me very disappointed with them.  The person who came out was not professional at all and he did not know what he was doing.  I am a very detailed person and I do not like things to be shoved to a place but rather to be put professionally, correctly and right but he just wanted to get the job done and go.  I had to get someone else to come and clean up the mess that he caused.  His pricing was average and neither too cheap nor to expensive.  I would never use them again.

Plumber was able to quickly arrive on a Saturday emergency call.  Leak was searched for until found and repaired.  Excellent service.

Jason of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job.  He arrived on time and was extremely helpful.  He studied the entire upstairs bathtub and shower to determine where my leak was and pinpointed the problem to cracks in the old caulking.  Good job.  Fair price.  I would definitely call on Benjamin Franklin again.

The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing worker was on time. He was friendly, did the job. It was a good experience, we got what we wanted. He was very nice, helpful, explained everything. They're very professional. I would trust them to do anything and to fix anything. They're just a little pricey but that's fine.
