Unfortunately my wife and I were getting a divorce. Andy was referred to us from one of our good friends. He put our home on the market and we had alot of interested parties. My home backed to the freeway and had some noise. It never really bothered me, but I suppose it would bother others. We made some incremental adjustments to the price as Andy recommended and the home was sold. He kept things very neutral given the divorce and all went well.

Andy knocked on my door during the day, introduced himself, and asked if I would be interested in selling my home. We had good conversation about recent home sales in my community and due to my wife and I separating, my answer was yes. I found it odd to meet a realtor this way, but figured he was just working hard. Nevertheless, I researched him online and after he checked out, we met with him to discuss the sale of the home. We agreed to work with him and he did a Fantastic job. The home was sold in just a couple weeks. The timing worked out great and I ended up moving to Paso Robles. Thanks again Andy!

Home buying is a very stressful process and for some of us first time home buyers is the biggest transaction we have ever done. After 3 Realtors and almost 2 years of my home not selling, I finally met Andy. The prior realtors were unfortunately not as experienced and just listed my home for sale. Andy was very helpful with letting me know what work my home needed before putting it back on the market. After the home was ready, he got the job done and got 3 offers in the first week. I would recommend Andy and his team to anyone who asks, and a word of advice, don't hire a friend who has a real estate license. ;-)

Andy helped my wife Georgeann and I sell our home in Palos Verdes and move to the Del Webb community in Hemet. Our experience was beyond what we expected. Our home sale went smooth even though the buyer had some financing issues. Our home purchase was great and the sellers were Excellent people. Andy sold my estate in Jurupa Valley. 6.5 acres total. We had several offers but held out until the right one came along. My home was about 3000 sqft and had amazing views for 30+ miles. Andy's photographer was excellent. Day pictures, night pictures and aerial pictures of my estate. Andy's service was great and he was extremely patient throughout the whole process. I haven't sold a home in 30 years, but couldn't do it any other way. He is top notch!
