Anchor Electric

They are a great company to work with. The representative worked hard to fix some issues we had, and I am very satisfied with his service.

Wrong plug. put in wrong place another week without a stove. Owner on vacation I went to the their place of business it was his first day back. Very apologetic.

An appointment was made after a ballpark estimate was given. Electrician was prompt and polite and made suggestions as to how to make the least damage to the drywall. Price was reasonable and work was done well. A followup call was also made, which I found unusual but impressive.

We were extremely satisfied with Anchor Electric's work. After having multiple estimates done, we called out Anchor. They not only completed our initial project at a very reasonable price, but were able to fix another ongoing electrical problem. We used Anchor Electric for the office, but they were willing to come out for either non-residential or residential work. Great work and great customer service. We will be calling them for all of our electrical needs.

All the work was completed exactly as discussed and scheduled around our time to limit any potential disruptions to our school site. Anchor Electric is our "go-to" electrical team and has always performed far above expectations. The project sample above is just one of hundreds that they have performed for us and their performance is 100% consistent each time.

This service was performed and completed in two separate visits (2/08/16 and 2/10/16).  We weren't sure why a company sign had stopped working.  They gave us a choice of options, though depending on the issue, a sign manufacturer may have to ultimately perform the repair.  We asked them to do everything as needed, up to that point.  They started with the simplest issue, in case that resolved it before moving on to the next level.  Their communication was clear and thorough.  We had consulted with other outside resources on replacing a broken ground cover item to no avail, and Anchor Electric resolved that issue.  We were very happy to have their expertise, so that now we will know where to start with a sign company (and we won't have to rely on the sign company's unknown electrician/cost).

We have used Anchor Electric for a variety of previous jobs, more complex than this issue, and have always been pleased.  The owner and all service reps are very pleasant and professional.  Only once were they not available to service an urgent issue (they were overbooked), and they referred me to a different service who responded immediately, and was also excellent.  It's good to know we have this as a backup.  Due to our positive company experience, some of our staff has also elected to use Anchor Electric for their own residential needs.  We're very happy to have faith in friendly, local service that we can rely on.
