Title Companies
They helped me get all the paperwork squared away. They did everything except pay for the house for me. They even knocked $1200 off their fee when they found out I was on social security. They were very good on the price. My real estate agent put me in touch with them. Any time I had a question, I could either e-mail them or call them, and they would give me an answer within no more than an hour. They got me a warranty on the house, and anything that goes wrong, with appliances or anything installed, for the first year, is paid for. I would recommend them to others.
