Prudential California Reality (25909 Pala #100)

He miss represented the seller contract and the terms of what is standard practices for the contract based research I have conducted since.   Never once did he mention the length or that would have been a read flag.  He miss represented the opt out of the MLS contract.  We had to nag him for everything including getting our house  eventually listed in the MLS.  So we missed a big 3 day weekend.   Communication was almost none excitant. 
We go no real feed back from him.  We lower the price of our house the first time based in his recommendation.  After over a month of no activity maybe some we don't know because of the lack of communication.  We lowered the price again since we were getting no feedback.  So we contacted the broker to cancel the contract and he would not.  So upon confronting the broker and agent about getting information about number of agent and people that have seen our house his response was he did not know and that we should know as the agents had to contact me to see the house.  So we asked how many of those agents he had followed up with  well he doesn't do that.    So now we are trapped with a incompetent agent and a broker that has no interest is doing the right thing and having a clean separation.  Why would you put everyone through this since there is obvious not a fit?
