Wayne goes above and beyond. A previous plumber and electrician had started the installation of a tankless water heater and then abandoned the job. Wayne corrected the previous plumber's screw-ups, installed the tankless, and did some small jobs (a conduit for HVAC condensation, a new hose bib) in 4 or 5 hours. When the tankless failed a few days later due to electrical issues, Wayne came back at 830 pm, sold me a remote control (used for troubleshooting and codes for maintenance issues), installed the remote control, and jerry rigged an electrical hookup so I would have hot water until the electrician could come back. Wayne is an honest, competent guy who cares about his customers.

SHORT WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WAYNE CAME AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK. I HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST FOR ALL OF OUR PLUMBING PROBLEMS.
