THEY WERE LATE A FULL 17 MINUTES. THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF OUR CALLS UNTIL THE FIFTH CALL. THEY WERE IMPOLITE AND NOT VERY PLEASING. THE PRICE WAS NOT REASONABLE COMPARED TO THEIR WORK.
