Looks like new other than a little bit of overspray on the wall everything went fine quality of work was good

Called office to an couple of times to discuss my issue. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to send some one out in a couple of days. 
The workers arrived within the time promised before. They worked on the shower and completed the job and the shower looked 100% better.  
However, they took the shower doors off to work on the shower (I can understand that) and they left the doors in the master bathroom. The doors have sat there and they have not scheduled or talked to me about rehanging the doors. 
I am not a do it yourself and I am disappointed that they have left it up to me to complete the job.

Resurface bathtub....went fine...on time, neat, clean, respectful....I was disappointed that there were some uneven,kind of "drip marks"...no problem with returning, fixing..friendly office to deal with...5 year warranty....I would use them again

Had an appt. for Julian to come out for an estimate, but found out they failed to put my name on their list for that day. When I called them, Danny answered the phone and told me he would come out right away because of the mix-up. Danny gave me an estimate and explained the process very well. He told me that once he was back at the office, he would call me with a date for the reglazing and he did. Appt. was set for 10:30-11:30 am on Friday. On Friday, Danny called to let me know that the worker was running late and he'd probably be there by 12:30. Worker showed up at 1:00. Worker went about his business masking off parts of the bathroom for the overspray. Bathtub needed stripping because we had had it reglazed before. We also needed fiberglass added to an area of the bathtub where the water would sit. Only time I saw the worker was when I brought him some ice water. He worked for 4 hours total to complete the job. On inspection, the bathtub looked OK, but the finish wasn't quite as smooth as the last time we had it reglazed, so was a little disappointed. Also, the masking wasn't done well on the cabinetry surrounding the tub. I need to call them back for some touch ups around the edge under the faucet where water could get in and cause possible problems in the future. 5 year warranty. Overall, the experience was only fair.

It was a good experience. I was referred to them by my handyman who raved about them. I called them and they were professional, set up my appointment and quoted a fair price. They showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up. I am planning to use them again to refinish a shower in another bathroom.

They were neat and very clean. There were no headaches. They came in and did it on time and it looked great when they were done. We were very happy.

We got recommended by a friend who had used Julian before. They set me up with a convenient time, and gave me a reasonable ballpark price. They came out and then told me that I had to remove the faucets myself - they wouldn't do it - which was a frustrating little wrinkle. I had to reschedule and push the work back, but once they were there to do the job it was beautifully done. Hard workers, reasonable prices. Just get the specs on what you need to do with the prep work first.

Manuel showed up twice, once to resurface the tub, and then another time to put on the non-skid surface. He was professional, polite, efficient and very clean. The job is lovely.

Workman was punctual, neat, clean and very effective. His English was quite acceptable, and his work was very good. He was also fast and seemed to know what he was doing. He also masked everything. I am very satisfied.

The employee showed up at 9:00. When I asked him if it wasn't their policy to call if late, he showed me his cell phone and grunted; I assumed it meant no. I asked if he was going to lay plastic on my carpet - he grunted; I assumed it meant yes. I asked if I needed to clear out the bathroom and he grunted; I assumed it meant no. He removed the shower doors; I said we were replacing them and he could put them outside. Later, I saw that he had not put down any plastic on my carpet, and had actually placed his old grimy machine on my carpet, he had emptied out my bathroom, he did not remove the metal shower door frame. Needless to say, it finally hit me that they had sent me someone who did not understood English! As far as his work quality - it seems "fine". Left some streaks on the wall and did not clean up the area after he was done.

WOW. The shower pan/floor was deteriorated fiberglass and the walls were old, scratched porcelain tile. Refinishing with this product made the shower look like new. Julian's workers arrived on time and took approximately four hours to complete the project. This is a job that you can't supervise without proper respiratory equipment; I stayed outside and cleaned a patio while the work progressed. However, the epoxy vapors diminished reasonably quickly, and over a period of two weeks, the finish hardened markedly. This is a great economical fix for a deteriorated shower stall. I would hesitate to use the product for a surface that is subject to heavy use, like a countertop or sink. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with both the product and the price. There was a slight problem in the workers' understanding of English - but they knew their job and performed well.

On time and went right to work. Finished tub looks brand new and has a 5 year warranty.

THEY RE-TILED THE KITCHEN FLOORS. THEY WERE REALLY NICE, POLITE, AND KIND. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
