They are helpful and responsive.

The prior owner of this home used them and was very satisfied with them. So I just maintained it. They're pretty good about knocking on the door and just saying that everything's okay. So they don't just assume. The guy that does the pest control is a nice guy. He's pretty friendly and it's a personalized visit. I don't have any problems with any critters and so that's good. Their responsiveness is very good. They're always here and very polite. I have an ongoing contract with them.

Expert Pest Control performed in a way that has made a difference in getting rid of German Roaches, the hardest type to get rid of (small brown in color). I told them that another company had sprayed the perimeters of my condo once a month for a year. The roaches kept on coming back. Stephen, at Expert, the technician that performed the work suggested treating my condo once a week for a month, and then once a month. For the first time, I emptied my closets, cleaned out my kitchen, and took all the covers for the electrical outlets off the wall. Stephen treated inside the walls and out. I have seen a few dead roaches in the first 2 weeks. I haven't seen any in the last 2 weeks. I recommend this company because they were the first company that went all out to solve the problem. No one else even suggested treating inside the walls.

I haven't seen a bug in a year and that's what I like about them. The technicians are nearly invisible, quite prompt and they send a notice a week in advance that they are going to be out on the service date. They are always here on that day. They are quick and thorough. When they come, they always knock on the door or ring the door bell to hand over the service invoice and check to make sure everything is okay. They are always polite and they never smell bad, which is always important when you have people walking around your house outside. You would like somebody with a professional appearance and they certainly always do. We as a family, separate from my own use, we've used them for years; probably around 15 years. They've been the pest control provider for my mother, my father and then when I got my own house, I started using them.

called on Sunday and left a message asking for Rat Servicing. On Monday at 9am my phone rang. At 2pm, right on time, Kyle knocked on my door. He professionally assessed the situation, walked the exterior of my home and set up a plan of action. On Tuesday at 8am he was at my front door, and before he left, we had the first rat. On Wednesday at 8am he was at my door, and we had the next 2 rats. THey will be inspecting my traps every 2-3 days for the next few weeks, and asked, that even over the holiday weekend, I call if I hear anything. I am VERY impressed and will be hiring them to do my bi-monthy extermination servicing.

The exterminator was excellent. He was professional, punctual, and pleasant. The only issue was that the office didn't tell me that I would need to completely remove everything from the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, in effect necessitating me to move out of my kitchen entirely. When I scheduled the service they told me I'd need to remove everything from the lower cabinets, but not the upper cabinets, which meant that the exterminator had to leave and return a few days later to enable me to move all of my things into other rooms.

Overall I was very happy with this service. I did not want any "chemicals" in my house, but he reassured me it would be fine, and it was.

EVERYTHING IS OKAY. THEY WORK AROUND THE HOUSE. THEY TELL YOU TO PREPARE ONE DAY AHEAD. THEY EVEN SEND OUT INFORMATION and THINGS TO PREPARE FOR.
