B Worthy Construction Co

I needed to do some paving work and some artificial grass work around the house.

After doing some research online they recommended getting 3 estimates from 3 licensed professionals I did got 2 estimates

from 2 contractors for the amount of $5800 and $6000

 I  called B Worthy Construction Co and spoke with Dan and he gave an estimate over the phone for  $4500 which is very good

and I assumed this estimate might go up to $5200 when he sees the actual work (Worst case scenario) still about $600 less

than others which is a lot of money  in my opinion in this economy
 
I called Dan again to come to the job site and give a written estimate. So I sign a contract and go ahead with the work but all I
 
got from Dan was the run around like
I have an inspection @ 4 o?clock I will you call right after (Never Calls)
I will call you when I get to the valley (Never Calls)
I will call you this evening to set an appointment for tomorrow morning (Never Calls)
Text me your address i will call you when I am close by in your area tomorrow (Never Calls)
Left him a message asking him to give me an answer if he is interested in the job or not (No Answer)

To be fair To Dan :
On the phone he always was professional and courteous
His work is very good (Comments I found on the internet about his work)

The representative of the company, Dan, was very down to earth. I felt very comfortable hiring him because he's been doing concrete for a long time, like 40 years I think. He really knew what he was talking about and he showed pictures of other people's driveways that he had completed. He told me that he had a special way of doing the jobs to where he could get it done quickly. I priced out other companies, large companies, and smaller companies like his. His prices weren't the lowest, but the ones that were really low, I found to either not have licenses or they didn't want to take on only a 300 sq.ft. driveway. His prices were competitive though and reasonable. He finished within 4 days like he said he would and he started the job when I wanted him to....not when it was more convenient for him. I'm thoroughly pleased with the results of the driveway/walkway/stairs.
