Great. Fast, clean, courteous. Actually arrived just 5 minutes after dispatcher told me they would be there in 30-45 minutes, due to a previous cancellation. It was a fairly easy job, and they handled it quickly. Apparently a family-run business, according to the tech who showed up. Two men came, neat and clean, and easy to understand. Although the job was not cheap considering what was actually done, I went into it knowing that I would be paying more than I feel the job warranted. But since they charge by the job, not hourly, if they ran into any problems I would not be paying more. Their price was equal to others quoted. Not terribly impressed that although they accept credit cards, transactions are handled manually back at the office, meaning the tech wrote down the info to be submitted to the office. A check may be a safer option.

Still drips. I called several times to schedule. We were going out of town. I had my husband assist the plumber as we had no time and I was concerned that water would be wasted. Plumber left saying it was fixed but it was not. Still an issue and now I need to get someone else. Water still being wasted. We paid another $200 for the service and some part, but the problem remains.

They were great! They came out right away. And came out again right away the next day when I called them to check the work to make sure everything was going well.

Moe came out to inspect the toilet because it was leaking. He advised me that the valve needed to be replace and that it would cost $110 on top of what I already paid even though I already had purchased the new valve. I asked him what the inspection actually included and he said it only included checking the flapper valve. He did not do any work on the toilet at all and I do not feel that I was given all the services promised in the deal. I understand that there would be extra charges for things that needed to be replaced but I did not expect to pay $39.00 and not receive the services promised on the deal.

The big deal includes the 5 point inspection along with a flapper replacement.Your flapper is fine and toilet is functioning properly aside from the fill valve. The fill valve replacement is NOT included in the big deal. I do apologize for any inconvenience."

Moe was fantastic. I called him about 3:00 am due to a leak after an earthquake. He assessed the damage, turned off our water, gave us a quote and said he would be back the next day to complete the work. He showed up, did the job and was finished before I got home from work. He called with updates throughout the day regarding progress which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely use his service again!

They did a fantastic job, and didn't try and sell me unwanted service. Friendly people and left the work area clean. I will call again if I need a plumber, and I will need them. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The owner was very professional, conscientious, respectful, and polite. He explained everything he was doing and why and made every effort to help me understand. I would definitely use his services again. My only concern is that I am not sure about the quality of the materials he used or how long they will last. I am not a plumber so I really can't say if they were or were not of good quality.
