Our whole house got clogged up and Alfredo responded right away. The whole process with him made us feel like we were in good hands. He really was there to help us and not try to sell us like most companies do. Plus his prices were reasonable !!! He will be our go to plumber. Recommending him to anyone who has any plumbing problems.

This company was so excellent. Both professional and money wise. Their customer service was excellent. He showed up not only on time but earlier then scheduled. He finished early and his maintenance work was on point. He was definitely the most affordable maintenance guy that I have ever heard of. I did not feel like I wasted my money. I would definitely be hiring them again for more maintenance work on my house.

Quoted price given cistimer description of problem, was $140.00. Alfredo arrived on time, began work promptly after unpacking tools, showed me high definition camera views of pipe interior and nature of problem, and solved problem with an 80 ft snake, after homeowner attempted to use toilet plungers, hoses and plumbers bladders to pressure force blockage to move & disperse down pipe. 25 ft snaking from both ends of house, kitchen, and toilets and showers, failed to reach it. Alfredo then descaled pipe interior because had lots of calcium build up which could cause future blockage, for an additional $310.00. No pressure, Alfredo suggested it, explained why it was recommended, showed the scaling in the camera view, and customer accepted his explanation. Pipes had not been descaled since construction in 1976. Only mess left behind, was a bit of mud that dissolved off Alfredo's shoes, which was easily hosed away. Great experience, good conversation, would use this crew again if need arises.
