I called this service and waited no more than an hour for them to show. Very quick and efficient. I asked a ton of questions regarding my septic system, leach field, cesspool, etc. I was shown visual diagrams of  all different systems. Quite pleased with service!

Contacted Sam early afternoon and he was able to set an appointment for 5:00 that day. On time, friendly, and informative. Dispelled some myths about septic tanks and additives (you don't need them). Never thought having my septic tank pumped could be a pleasant experience, but it was.

I called Sam on a Friday to have my septic tank pumped. He had an opening the next day, was prompt and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty in finding the tank. He answered all my questions and had a lot of good information on the maintenance and performance of the system. We needed to have our septic tank pumped out, because it was seriously overdue and we were experiencing frequent back-ups. I found Bill Miller listed on Angie's List and called. He gave an accurate estimate over the phone and came right over. He promptly arrived and set to work. I appreciated the way he loosened the tank lid with thin wedges and a small hammer. In the past, other companies had used a large wrecking bar which always left some damage to the lid. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. He took some time to advise us about caring for the system, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary services. I recommend Bill Miller Septic Tank service with no hesitation.

The Sunday night before labor day I discovered waste water backing up in to my bathtubs. Since I just purchased this home which includes a septic tank, I suspected issues with the tank. I called Bill Miller Septic Tank Pumping on Sunday night. Sam answered and asked a few questions. It was determined that the draining, even though slow, was draining. He asked if I could call him in the morning (Holiday mind you) to schedule the service for which I did. Sam asked me to open the septic and he would be right out. He arrived on time and found my system to be normal but indicated that it does not seem to have been pumped recently as the previous owner indicated based on the amount of solids in the tank. I asked Sam to pump the tank for which he did and both chambers. Sam explained the importance of a good seal on the tank lids which were not previously done as the were put down on top of a large amount of dirt. He also left me with an informative booklet on septic tanks, how they are designed, built and maintained. Prior to closing Sam noticed waste water continually running in to the tank. Sam suggested it may be a toilet flush valve which I checked and found all to be good. We then surmised it to be a slow or clogged main line. That line was then cleared by E.R. Block Plumbing restoring normal system operation and flow. Sam was very pleasant to work with and very professional.

looked up septic tank companies not a lot with reviews that did pumping so went with bill miller great choice because he came out on time which not easy with the horrible traffic on 91 and 15, started right away and emptied main tank and cess pool which was thirty feet from main tank and did not know about it, but didn't stress over it or nothing. All done in bout hour and good price cause i did look around i bit, i will use again.
