GREAT! I did a lot of research about their dry process and liked the idea that the carpet wouldn't end up super wet. I am very allergic to molds so I was worried that we might end up with mold growing under our carpet. We loved that it dried very quickly - - we could even walk on it right away! And it smelled wonderful. Like cedar. We will definitely use them again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They did an outstanding job. Apparently the technology has advanced greatly since I last had the dry cleaning done years ago. Also, their service was excellent.
In speaking to the fellow who answered the phone, I found out that the company was a franchise, and that the founder of the company was no longer with the company. However, they are still closely affiliated, through their franchise agreement. When I made the appointment, I called them on the weekend and said I needed it cleaned before Friday. They were able to get me in on Monday, and arrive by 4:00 PM.  They called me about that time on Monday, and told me they would be there in about 40-50 minutes,  They arrived about 5:00, and explained that the traffic was very bad, which was quite understandable if they were coming north on the 405. A two man crew arrived . First, they gave me a quote for the job, which included an Angie's list discount. Then, they moved light furniture out of the way in the rooms they were to clean first. I helped them out. Then, they vacuumed the rugs, and used a machine to apply the dry cleaning powder, and then used another machine to pick up the cleaning solution from the rugs. After they were done, they helped me to move some of the furniture back to where it was. The carpet was slightly damp, and they did not need to place any wax paper on the floors, which the previous carpet cleaner had done. The next morning the carpet was almost totally dry. I was totally taken aback by how good the carpet looked.

We have used them several times and their prices are reasonable. They are very good. We have a small condominium and they are only here for about an hour or an hour and a half. They are very thorough, very clean and very punctual. I think that they do a very good job.

We have used this company before in the past and was very happy with them so we decided to used them again. What I really like about this company is thier carpet cleaning process. Once cleaned, your carpets smell great and are dry (or nearly dry no water residue) . We will use this company again.

It was a good experience. The man explained things well, he was very nice, and helpful with moving around my furniture. They did a very good job. I was extremely happy, and I would definitely use them agian.

I got a decent cleaning in Orange County but, I can't vouch for the quality in Riverside, as it is a rental property and I haven't seen it after it was completed. Carpets always look ok at the end of the day and when they are damp. I don't think even the OC franchise got all the smell out of my carpet but, it is improved substantially. I had many years of dirt and stains in this small room, and they worked really hard to return it to decent condition.

Great experience. Good job. Fairly dry by the time they had finished the job. Carpets look very clean/smell fresh and they even removed a large stain in one of the bedrooms/office from a long ago coffee spill from the prior owner.

They were going to clean the dog odor off my carpet. We had puppies and they had peed on the carpet. The guy came out and poured ten gallons of cleaner on the carpet. He left a lot of the water in the carpet because his machine kept cutting out. After a day or two the odor came back and it was getting mildewy. I finally went and cleaned it my self. It still smells like mildew.

They were great! They came on time, 2 workman, took 1 hour and half to 2 hours to vacuum and clean carpet. There was no unpleasant after water type (dampness) smell like the last carpet cleaning we had that lasted for about a week, just a pleasant fragrance. Another great thing was the ability to work on the carpet after a very short time.

The carpet cleaner (one man) was an hour late (he called 1/2 hr after he was supposed to be here to say he'd be 1/2 hr late). He came in, walked through the house, did some measuring, wrote up work order (which I didn't see until he was finished) and began work. There was no conversation about the procedure. Our estimate when scheduled on-line was for $187.50 and we were supposed to ask for an Angie's List discount which he knew nothing about and had to call somebody. We were presented with a bill for $200, which was supposedly the minimum, and a $10 Angie's List discount--more than the original on-line bid (which had no mention of a minimum). The actual carpet cleaning was not good. I'm not picky because our carpet is quite old except in one bedroom. That one bedroom is the guest bedroom and is rarely used. The carpet didn't look that much better after the cleaning and in one week since the work was done, the traffic pattern in that bedroom looks really bad, with very little traffic. I can get that carpet cleaner with my Hoover Steam Vac. A cornmeal-like substance was left in the carpet and we were told to vacuum in two days. Which we did. The carpet feels sticky to bare feet, which got a little better after vacuuming. And finally, one last gripe, we have an area rug that was left untouched. I didn't notice it hadn't been cleaned until the guy left. If it wasn't going to be cleaned, we should have been informed. We definitely will not use this company again. We got the referral from Angie's List and the company had great reviews so this is quite disappointing.

Daniel was very professional, prompt, easy to work with. His quote was very fair. The dry carpet cleaning method, which I've never used before, I found very impressive and the carpet looks, smells and feels great. I would definitely hire this company again.

They were excellent. They did a great job in cleaning my carpets and upholstery. The owner was very knowledgeable. They left everything very clean and made sure to protect the furniture properly. They used a more eco friendly process and the carpet stayed clean for a very long time.

I used their company web site to schedule my appointment, which is a fantastic feature. I also requested a phone call with a quote. They called later that evening with all of the details and left a phone number in case I had any questions. The representative called me the night before my appointment with a service reminder. She also called the morning of the appointment to tell me the exact time she would arrive. They were very clean and worked together well. Spent extra time on a high traffic area. Entire process took about 3 hours and was dry by the evening. I am very happy with the results and I would definitely use them again.

I was pleased with the results. I had some nasty pet stains and they were removed. The representative was honest that some of the high traffic areas wouldn't look perfect, but I was more concerned about the stains and overall happy with the result. The representative called to say he would be an hour late because of car trouble, but I was ok with that.

After having problems with steam cleaning and other methods I tried this company because the reports on Angie's List were all very positive. This appears to be the best carpet cleaning method I have yet found. It is thorough and leaves the carpets relatively dry, but without the residue of chemical methods. Andrea and her helper did a very good job. I would highly recommend their service.

I had never had this type of service done before. They showed up right on time for the appointment. When we have had our carpets cleaned in the past, the companies have always used a wet method to clean the carpets. The service was really nice and the carpet was very clean when they were finished. I really liked the fact that we could use/walk on the carpet right away. They also told me that it does not take the scotch guard or any of the stain protectants out of your carpet when you use a dry method of cleaning.

I was pleased that they called to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time & were professionally dressed. They worked quickly, moved couches, coffee tables, etc. as described on their website. Daniel cleaned by hand the binding of the area rug as using the machine could rip it. They were careful not to bang into the baseboards & furniture. They moved the rug cleaner carefully across the marble entry.

The service and results were outstanding. They did everything that was expected from a carpet cleaning service and were very friendly. The cleaning technician was on time and even called ahead to confirm his arrival time. The entire process took about 2 hours and when they left the carpet was clean and 90% dry. I will use this company again and will recommend them to my friends.

Excellent! Maria Brown and her associates were extremely professional and explained the carpet cleaning process thoroughly. Prior to using 1-800 Dry Carpet I was cleaning my carpets every three months and I knew that if I continued using a wet or chemical cleaning method I would be replacing my homes carpeting for the second time within six years. Their cleaning service is superior to any carpet cleaning method that I have used over the past 20 years, not only is the carpet dry but they can also clean my oriental carpets without sending them out for three weeks. The result is that my carpeting looks brand new! I highly recommend 1-800 Dry Carpet.

They did a great job. The carpets were pretty much dried by the time they're done. Very professional job.

Daniel was on time and worked very hard for 3 hours with his partner. I was surprised that he was able to get all of the stains out. They have a 30 day guarantee in case any stains come back. So far it has been a week and it still looks great. The best thing is that the carpets are not saturated and you don't have to avoid walking on them for hours.

We have ivory colored carpet and a German Shepherd, which means we our carpet get very dirty. We have used this company for at least 5 years and our most recent cleaning was done by the new franchise and she and her team were AWESOME. I have always loved the product, and they have done a great job, but this time it was exceptional! The ''B'' for punctuality was only because they didn't arrive as per original agreement, but they did call to let us know they were running a little late, and to ask if that was OK. They arrived promptly on the new time slot.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, THE QUALITY OF CLEANING, AND WITH THE RESULTS. I HAD SOME TOUGH STAINS AND THEY GOT RID OF THEM. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT WHEN THEY LEFT THE CARPET WAS DRY.

WE'LL USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT. THEY TOUCH BASE A LOT AND ASK WHETHER YOU REQUIRE THEIR SERVICES AND ASK ABOUT THE QUALITY AND CARE WITH A SURVEY. THEY ARE A LOT MORE RESPONSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE USED. THEY COMMUNICATE THROUGH THE COMPUTER AS WELL.
