Victor is one of the best. I did not find a single technician in my last 20 years here who is so courteous and professional. He identified root cause in a min and fixed and waited enough days to confirm fix is working and not a single time he poked me for payment but checked to ensure it’s working. He was ready to not to charge and revisit working on it if needed. I highly recommend him for his humbleness and professional technical skills. He stays on top of my best experience working on any repair .. by far the best

We recently had Upgrade Home Services replace our 20+ years old HVAC system. Additionally, the existing air ways/ducts were also configured to work in dual zones. Victor, explained to us the various upgrade options & also recommended one we could choose from. The work was completed within a work day. They were courteous. Needless to say they are expert professionals in HVAC installations. In short we are extremely satisfied with work done by Victor’s team
