The Maids of San Jose & Milpitas

A team came to the house on Friday, May 19, 2017 to do a move-in cleaning. While I received a confirmation e-mail saying they would arrive at 10 am, they showed up at 9 am upset that no one was at the house to let them in. My husband drove from work as quickly as possible to let them in, and they got to work. My husband and I both checked out their work at the end of the day, and while some jobs were done well, others were not. For example, the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned adequately, but the floor was not. The next day while my son and I were at the house waiting for the movers to arrive, we walked around inside the home on the laminate flooring barefoot for several hours, and our feet were filthy as were my husbands by the end of the day (see photos). We were quoted $175 including taxes and supplies for the job, but The Maids ended up charging us $467 due to the extended time it took to clean the house. I gave the company feedback and requested a team come back and redo the floors. They sent a team who cleaned the floors well though we had moved everything in which made the job harder.

I've seen yet.  They sent out 4 people who cleaned the house from top to
bottom (literally--they even did the ceiling fans and the door jams). 
They did everything I needed them to do and after they left I found that
they cleaned areas that I hadn't expected and the Kitchen! WOW!  My
stove has never seen the attention this company paid it.  Will
definitely use them again.
