Outstanding job in all respects. Very experienced and knowledgable. On the initial call, the staff asked me to photograph the broken button and email it to them so they could bring the right part with them. Took about 1 hour.  I called this provider, because they were listed as a service provider of Jason, the makers of Infinity brand whirlpools.

Came in and inspected my jacuzzi tub. Fill the tub with water and the jet didn't actuate when the water level submersed them. He noted there was a leak in the sensing line. He said he would call the Kohler rep and have him contact me. He didn't charge me anything for this, that's why overall experience is an A. I never heard from the Kohler rep and I don't know if he called Kohler. There was never any follow up.

After less than a year in our house, the master bath jacuzzi stopped working. One and a half years later, I got around to contacting Tom, based on a referral from a highly rated Angie's List spa business that doesn't do work on indoor jacuzzis. Tom fixed it in less than 30 minutes and educated me on issues that might arise in the future. The problem was trivial - one end of the hose for the air switch had come off. The motor was also seized up from being inactive for so long, but Tom got it working again.

Tand G spent quite some time with me, on the phone, troubleshooting the problem, even before I did business with them. The service person, Rick, was prompt, knowledgeable and practical. When I ran into a problem after they fixed it, they again tried to point me in the right direction over the phone, and eventually Rick came out again at no charge. Highly recommended for any of your spa needs.
