AN SBC TELEMARKETER TALKED ME INTO SUBSCRIBING TO THEIR SPECIAL PROMO AND SCHEDULED A AFTERNOON (BETWEEN NOON & 5 PM) FOR INSTALLATION. AFTERNOON CAME & WENT, NO INSTALLATION. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY, I WAS TOLD THE INSTALLATION HAD BEEN CANCELLED (CERTAINLY NOT BY ME!). SO I RESCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER AFTERNOON (AGAIN NOON-5 PM). INSTALLER ARRIVED AT 4:15 PM & TOOK 3.5 HOURS TO INSTALL (HE TOLD ME THIS WAS TYPICAL, ALTHOUGH IT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME ON THE PHONE). SO BASICALLY, I HAD TO WAIT 12 HOURS TOTAL TO GET SATELLITE DISHES INSTALLED. HE ALSO LEFT WITHOUT FULLY EXAMINING WHETHER OR NOT THE 2ND TV REMOTE WAS COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL. TURNED OUT IT WAS NOT, AND IT TOOK ANOTHER WEEK TO GET A REPLACEMENT REMOTE (DURING WHICH TIME I WAS COMPLETELY UNABLE TO USE MY 2ND TV). NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE SUBSCRIPTION/INSTALLATION PROCESS. HOWEVER, NOW THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING, IT'S GREAT!
