The contract that they gave us was very detailed and contained all the necessary specification and clauses. They gave us a timeframe and laid out everything that they were going to do and when they were going to do it. They had also laid out the percentage of payment that they wanted at the start and upon completion. They were very accommodating as far as any specific or extra things that I had wanted done. The owners were very open and communicative. They had even given us their cell phone numbers to contact them at any time. They did not want to work in San Francisco due to some issues with permits. That was the only problem that I had, and I had to get a subcontractor to do the electrical work. Quality Construction also has a nice website that is very informative. I was overall very happy with their work.

THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPLAINING IN DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE & WHY. VERY CLEAN AND TOOK CARE IN KEEPING DUST, DEBRIS TO A MINIMUM.
