My front door lock mechanism stopped functioning properly on Sunday and I phoned O'Neils first thing Monday morning. They scheduled a same-day service call and they kept it. The technician was apologetic for being late but took care of the problem quickly by making necessary repairs and he was very friendly. Definitely a reliable company.

I recommend this company. Todd Dorrance, the locksmith who came to our house was prompt, professional, and really fast. Did exactly what we needed in about 1 minute, for the price we were quoted over the phone.

O'Neil's is a pretty small shop in Milpitas. We had actually used them several years ago to purchase high quality cylinders for the house as their prices beat our local shop by a wide margin. The help in the shop is very friendly and competent. I didn't have a complicated job, but I'd call O'Neil's first if I did.
