We had a major plumbing job planned and the plumber recommended C Cruz to locate the gas, sewer and water lines in the front. They showed up on time and did a through survey, marked everything clearly and even helped diagnose an oddity in our sewer line that helped us select the right kind of sewer line replacement method. They also gave us some suggestions on relocating the water lines when the time comes. We walked away with a DVD of the sewer line inspection and more confidence. And when PG&E failed to show up to mark the gas lines, we were able to direct the diggers to work on another area until they finally moseyed their way to our house.

We needed to trace a buried and hidden rusted galvanized 3/4 pipe to determine where we could get access to it. Also to determine how it was fed with water. The line was capped at one end which made some of the job easier. Chris Cruz took the job on 2 hour short notice , arrived as promised and promptly set to work. Within an hour or so, we had traced what we needed to. Clearly tracing pipes in the ground requires experience. Chris had good sense of what was going on and was not fooled by spurious signals. We found exactly what we needed.
