My service tech was Dan, one of three partner/plumbers at the firm. He helped me choose the replacement toilet and faucet, then came back once I had them. Toilet went as planned, kitchen faucet was a challenge because of our antiquated sink. Dan spent quite a bit of time figuring out the solution, did not charge me more than originally quoted. I felt like we were getting "family" quality work from a pro who cared about quality. Great guy! It was easy to work with their scheduler.

I called the city water department first, the man said it was the filler valve in the tank. I called and Bay Rooter came out and stated they had seen that before. He's very nice and pleasant, comes on time, and seems to know what he's doing.
