Duy showed up on time and was able to properly determine the sound comes from water get into exhaust hose as the crawlspace was flooded. He's very courteous and wore shoe covers whenever he stepped on to my hardwood floor. He then performed the maintenance - which is over due. Because of the cost, I did not have them come back for yearly maintenance after the units are installed in 2013. We did clean/replace the filters every now and then.

Very professional and efficient. All staff and employees performed well. Installation team always used shoe wrappers indoors. Arrangement of required ductwork test was completely arranged by A Plus and utilized an excellent testing provider.

We purchased through Costco and A Plus is the vendor that Costco subcontracted to. They did a great job and stuck to their original quote, and even though my house was FAR more complicated than they had anticipated and quoted (lots of additions to the house structures, with two separate crawl spaces). They were very professional and I recommend them.

I was telephoned by someone giving the impression that they were connected with Palo Alto Utilities and offering to assess the state of my gas furnace (it is more than 20 years old) and advise on possible upgrades. I agreed and scheduled a time for them to visit. They arrived about two hours late (after about one hour, they telephoned to say that they were running late), and then did an extremely cursory inspection of the system, without even going into several rooms, or even counting the number of heat vents! They proposed to replace the gas furnace, but would not provide a proper written quotation for the work. When I asked for one, I got only three lines written on a blank sheet of paper, without company letterhead, date, signature, or validity dates. They offered no literature or specifications of the unit they proposed to install. The piece of paper they gave me clearly would have no legal validity (it could have been written by anyone). Needless to say, I will not have this firm perform this, or any other, work.

They gave me a very detailed quote which I liked. They did everything they said they would do, and did it in a very timely fashion. It was done in about a day and a half. The heater has been working wonderfully. The train has been very good too.
