His name is Nick Sakkos. He was very good. He is a very skillful painter and he was a nice guy to work with. The price was good. There was a lot to paint so the price was fair. He did some repairs a different way and I hope they hold up. We would use him again.

They weren't so great. He came out, but he still hasn't repaired the paint job that he did. My husband was also not satisfied with the work he did at the office. He didn't do a good job.

Nick met me at the condo exactly when he said he would to give me an estimate. He listened to my color ideas and made suggestions. He noticed places on the trim that could use a touchup and offered to do that. He suggested colors I could look at and met me twice more at the condo to show me swatches on the walls and firm up the colors. He came on the day he promised and finished in the time he promised...and he came in $200 UNDER the estimate. He was friendly and courteous at all times.

Nick arrived right on schedule, gave me a very fair quote, and did the job right away. He even helped me with color matching, which is a problem with an exterior job that's several years old. I'm very pleased and would use him again.

I had spoken to several contractors and I was pretty much at my wits end before I got in touch with Nick Sakkos. The other contractors had told me a number of various things about what my paint job would entail - none of them under $6,000 - and they wouldn't even come out and look at it or work with me on it. Nick came out - shook his head a lot - told me all the yucky truths about what I had. I told him all my expectations about what I wanted. He told me realistically what we could actually do with it. He had a lot of really good ideas and together we worked up a plan of action and a price. He let me do some of the prep work to save myself some money and since he was already working a number of jobs he came in late afternoons and evenings to work on my house. I wanted to get enough of the painting done so I could get moved in and without Nick Sakkos that never would have happened. He even helped me choose the color and it's perfect. Nick is definitely the hero of the day for me!!

My experience was great! I was more than pleased with Nick's work. I definitely got more than I bargained for. He does exceptional work, very helpful and goes the extra mile. Nick didn't even bat an eye when I showed him the back of the house. It's 3 stories to get to some of those windows. I will hire him again, and I have recommended him to my family and friend.

Gene was on time, thorough, conscientious, proactive, neat and tidy, gave good advice, and was a pleasure to work with.

The owner came to my house and helped me very patiently, understand what services his company was going to perform. Each day he checked on progress. It is the first time I have had the exterior painted and there was NO mess! Professional and high quality work!

Nick and his team were on time, neat, clean, very polite, professional, and kept me informed of any changes that needed to be made due to the age of the office and the condition of the wood on the windows. They were very reasonably priced for the amount of work that had to be done. I will be hiring this company in the future to work on my home.
