They were great.

Jessica is great. She does a great job with a dog whose coat is so thick that it takes over an hour to complete his grooming. His skin is very sensitive and prior to Pampurred Pets grooming he had scaly skin and hot spots. This is no longer a problem. His coat is soft and thick and very healthy. They use top of the line shampoos and conditioners to achieve this result. With a dog with such a thick coat it is great that Jessica really looks at the skin to see if there are any problems or potential problems and lets me know immediately.
I have used thier dog walking and housesitting service for 12 years. Pam and all of her staff are totally dependabe to stay overnight with my dogs and take them for their walks. She helps keep the well socialized with other dogs and people.

I have one person that comes all the time. They always send Jessica over and I like her. She is very friendly and professional and the truck is very clean. She is very personable and she takes her time. She does a good job and it's been great. It's more expensive but I don't have to drive and my dog doesn't have to be at the groomers for five hours. She comes here and it takes 45 minutes to an hour. It's the best thing. The convenience is worth the extra $25 plus she does a great job. I don't have to drop him off at 7:00 in the morning and pick him up later in the afternoon. It's more comforting for me and for my dog. Today she was 15 minutes late but she is usually on time. The person that answers the phone and books the appointments is also very professional.
