I couldn't have been happier. They were completely responsive. Their employees were polite, professional and took great pride in their work.

VERY MIXED EXPERIENCE. THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS WERE INSTALLED OK ON THE INSIDE, BUT THEY DID A NAILED EXTERNAL FLASHING THAT WAS NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE. DOWNSTAIRS, THE ANDERSON FRENCH DOORS DID NOT CLOSE SMOOTHLY, AND I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK 3 TIMES TO FIX IT. THEIR FIRST RESPONSE TO ANY FEEDBACK WAS TO TRY TO CONVINCE ME I WAS WRONG, UNTIL I HAD EXTERNAL CONFIRMATION THAT THE FRENCH DOORS WERE NOT RIGHT.
