Phil was very helpful in explaining his thought process before he submitted his bid and spent time with us after we received his bid to value engineer the project (reduce costs and still allow us to get what we wanted). He submitted the lowest bid, finished ahead of schedule, and helped us stay within budget.
His workers worked 6 days/week continuously throughout the duration of the project. For a period of time, Genuine Construction was very busy with our project and other projects. Phil was so busy that he hired a finish carpenter to work on our project. The carpenter did a great job but expended too many hours. Phil revealed to me that he lost money on this portion of the job, but he wanted to make sure that our project did not get slowed.
