Associated Window Cleaning

Associated Windows is such a professional organization, I was extremely delighted by their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

They come yearly. She takes a long time to send out the bill. It gets all messed up with my book keeping, it is kind of a pain. They do a good job. What bothered me was that they waited a long time to send out the bill and when I got the bill, it was several months after. I was kind of surprised. She should have sent the bill right away. It took me a long time to figure it out. I thought she charged me double but she didn't. It was done at the end of October and I didn't get the bill until the end of December and they didn't cash it until January. The service was also done on a rental. It took me a long time and it was kind of confusing. I think when you do a job, you give me the bill right away. You don't wait until you go on vocation and come back and then send the bill. That bothered me because I have a lot of bills that I pay, and so it takes time and it is a pain. They do a decent job. The service was done on one of my rentals. It took me the longest time to figure it out and that was annoying to me. They show up when they are supposed to.

Extremely punctual, professional, and personable.  A team came and quickly took care of making the windows sparkle.  I was so impressed that I have just scheduled to use them again and and marked them as my "go-to" company in the Bay Area for window cleaning.  Everyone I have dealt within Associated Window Cleaning is so professional that I have o desire to look elsewhere.

They were prompt and professional. When I called, they were booked as one of the workers had surgery and they were short handed but somehow they were able to fit me in. They are quick and thorough. I asked about a few streaks on the windows that were there after they cleaned (they were still here) and the told me it was the sealing inside that was causing it as they rewashed the window and it was still there.
I have used them 3 times and will use them again next year.

A friend recommended Associated Window Cleaning to me. They were neat and efficient. This was the 2nd time I had used them and I would use them again. Overall the experience went very good. They were on time and there was no mess left. They put a towel underneath the windows inside when cleaning the screens to help with the mess. I was very pleased with the work. Their price is very fair. I am about to call them again!

The company was very responsive when I called. The person doing the estimate showed up promptly and was very professional. Beacuse they were able to schedule us quickly, they gvae me a window of time and called me before they arrived. They arrived when they said they would, and went to work. All of the employees were courteous and professional. they did a careful job and were very careful on the interior to cover anything that could be damaged. They completed the job in under 2 hours.

I thought he did a very good job. I walked through the house after he was done and they all were very clear. There was one streak in my living room that he fixed for me in one second. I thought the price was good as well. There were two people doing the work.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE GUTTER CLEANING SERVICE OF ASSOCIATED WINDOW CLEANING. THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS, PROMPT, and PERFORMED A THOROUGH JOB. I WAS ESPECIALLY HAPPY WITH HOW WELL THEY CLEANED UP THE GUTTER DEBRIS FROM THE LANDSCAPING AROUND OUR HOME.
